淡色库蚊吸入微丝蚴和幼丝虫发育成熟率的研究

摘  要:本文于1985年在国内开始应用计数蚊胃摄入微丝蚴数与供血者同量末梢血微丝蚴数相比较的方法,观察淡色库蚊吸血时的微丝蚴摄入量及幼丝虫发育成熟率。以3组共16例不同密度微丝蚴血症者作供血源,即超低密度(60μl末梢血查不出微丝蚴,1ml静脉血微丝蚴10条以下)7例、低密度(60μl末梢血微丝蚴5条左右)5例,和中等密度(60μl末梢血微丝蚴数10条)4例,淡色库蚊吸血时摄入微丝蚴数与末梢血微丝蚴数相比较,经统计学分析均无显著差异(t分别为0.667、0.791和0.014.p均大于0.05);3组淡色库蚊幼丝虫发育成熟率依次为11.5%、37.1%和45%。以上结果提示,淡色库蚊吸血时摄入微丝蚴未见浓集现象,而幼丝虫发育成熟率则随供血者微丝蚴密度增高而增高。Laboratory observations were made on the number of Wuchereria bancrofti microfilariae ingested and the number developing into infective larvae in Culex pipiens pallens. Mosquitoes were fed on blood of carriers with three levels of microfilariae density, namely: ultra-low density(10 mff per 1 ml venous blood which was undetectable with conventional diagnostic techniques), low density (about 5 mff per 60 μl of peripheral blood) and moderate density (10 mff per 60 μl of peripheral blood). Experiments were carried out for comparing the number of microfilariae ingested by mosquitoes with that of circulating microfilariae of carriers in same volume of blood, there was no statistical significant differences (p>0.05). Results showed that Culex pipiens pallens fed on blood of carriers with above mentioned levels of density of microfilariae domonstrated no concentrating effect. However, the proportion of infective larvae increased as the microfilarial density of donors increased. The maturity rate of ingested microfilariae in mosquitoes fed on carriers with three levels of microfilariae density was 11.5, 37.1 and 45% respectively. It is evident that the relationship between Culex Pipiens pallens and periodic W. bancrofti in China is quite different from that between Aedes polynesiensis and subperiodic W. bancrofti in Pacific region. This finding would probably be beneficial to the consolidation of the achievement of bancroftian filariasis control in our country.
