不同浓度的局麻药对创伤愈合的影响

摘　　要：用家兔40只,分成4个试验组,各组依次分别用0.25%、0.5%、1%、2%盐酸普鲁卡因10.0,8.0,8.0,5.0ml在左后肢股外侧作6×3cm菱形浸润麻醉。注药后5-10分钟局部无痛感时,纵切皮肤、皮肌4cm长,术后观察,用0.25%,0.5%普鲁卡因浸润麻醉之术创,一般在术后13天内达第一期愈合,瘢痕呈线状;而用1%、2%普鲁卡因麻醉之术创,创内炎性渗出物量多,创围炎肿显著,肉芽生长缓慢,愈合时间均在15天以上,最长的达20天,且瘢痕显著呈梭形。Forty rabbits were divided into four experimental groups. Infiltration anesthesia was applied by injecting 10ml of 0.25%, 8.0ml of 0.5%, 8.0ml of 1.0% and 5.0ml of 2.0% pro- caine hydrochloride solution into the lateral parts of the left thighs respectively. After 5-10min. of giving the anesthetics, 4 cm wound was made vertically on the skin and the cutaneous mus- cles. The experimental results showed that the wounds on the rabbits treated with 0.25% and 0. 5% procaine took 13 days for the first-intention healing, and cicatrices were linear; While the wounds on the rabbits treated with 1% and 2% procaine had more exudate, significant en- largement of swelling and inflammation, and slow development of granulation tissues. The heal- ing time was 15-20 days, and the cicatrices were predominantly fusiform.
