滩羊饲喂矿物质添加剂盐砖的瘤胃消化生理试验

摘　　要：滩羊长期放牧在半荒漠草原上,因冬春营养不良难以渡过春乏关。为了解决这一问题,给滩羊安装瘤胃瘘管,定性定量地测定羊只瘤胃内主要生理指标变化。试验结果表明,试验羊采食含矿物质添加剂盐砖的日粮后,瘤胃内细菌数目大量增加,总脱氢酶含量提高29.64％,饲料消化率明显提高,羊只体重增加6.7～9.4％,证明这种盐砖是羊只冬春季节的一种较好的补充饲料添加剂。Tan sheep has been grazed in semidesert grassland for a long time and it is difficult for the sheep to pass spring for lack of nutri-tion in winter and spring. To solve the problem the experiment was carried out to utilize rumen fistula to determine the change of the digestive physi-ological index in the rumen of the sheep fed with mineral salt-brick addi-tives. The result proved that the treated sheep's bacterial number in the rnmen increased greatly; total dehydrogenase content increased by 29.64%; fed digestibility increased obviousiy; and the weight of per sheep increased by 6.7-9.21%.The salt-brick was proved to be a good suppiementary feed additive for Tan sheep both in spring and in winter.
