虎蠕形螨的超微结构及对宿主致病力的观察

摘  要:虎蠕形螨的外骨骼由上表皮、外表皮和内表皮组成,厚0.20~0.89μm。首次报告该螨的口腔、咽泡、唾腺、中肠和肛道等的超微结构,并分别进行讨论。光镜中可见此螨寄生于毛囊和皮脂腺,一个毛囊中一般只有1~3个虫体断面,故病变较轻,主要是表皮角化过度,毛囊内角质层增厚,有的呈角质栓;颗粒层厚度增加,透明角质颗粒粗大,有的可凝成块状,嗜碱性深柒;真皮中成纤维细胞和胶原纤维增多。透射电镜所见表皮病变也同光镜,部分棘细胞间隙增宽,并有单核细胞浸润;真皮中成纤维细胞多见,其胞浆内粗面内质网增生,合成胶原纤维增加,因而胶原纤维增多。During February,1988,pieces of infested skin were taken from the upper temporal region and the elbow of a 5 year-old female tiger at the Shanghai Zoo. The exoskeletone of the Demodex tigris is 0.20-0.89μm thick and consists of 3 layers:epicuticle,exocuticle and endocuticle(Fig.6).The fine structure of the oral cavity(Figs.1,3),pharyngeal bulb(Fig.4),salivary gland(Figs 1,2,7~ 9),midgut(Figs 1,2,10~12)and proctodeum(Figs.13-16)are described for the first time by TEM,and are discussed,respectively. LM examination showed that the mites mainly inhabited the hair follicles and the sebaceous glands(Figs.17,18),with usually only 1~3 mite sections within a single follicle.The pathologic changes are usually mild,showing hyperkeratosis of the epidermis and also the inner lining of the hair follicle. Keratotic plugs are found in the distended follicular orifice.The cornified layer of the hair follicle is thickened. TEM examination also showed epidermal hyperkeratosis(Fig.19).The outercellular spaces of prickle cells are in part slightly wider,and infiltrated with monocytes(Figs.21,22).The fibroblasts increase in number in the papillary layer of the dermis.Number of the rough cndoplasmic reticulum in the cytopiasm of the fibroblasts increase,and in turn produce more collagen fibers(Fig.23).
