摘　　要：巨囊坚盘吸虫成虫体被两种电镜观察:腹面前端有三种乳突,1.纤毛球型大乳突。2.纤毛花朵型小乳突。3.纤毛花朵型阱乳突。虫体背腹面有大量尖刀形单生棘,前端密集,后端稀疏。皮层基质中尚有分泌小体和线粒体。前端皮层有分泌小滴,通过分泌管排出于皮层外间隙。The tegumental ultrastrueture of five adult worms of Pycnoporus magnoporus were studied using scanning and transmission electron microscopy(Figs.1-7,8-14). On the anterior end of the ventral view three types of the presumed sensory structure were found as follows(Figs.11～13):1.ciliated knoblike large papillae 2. ciliated rosette-form small papilae.3.ciliated rosette-trap-form papillae. In the three parts on the ventral view(Figs.4,5)and two parts on the dorsal view (Fig.6)of the body surface,single spines are usually dense on anterior end,sparse on posterior end. Near the anterior end of the worm the secretory duct still packed with secreory droplet and surrounded by mierotubules,curve outward and pentrate the subtegumental musculature and overlying tegument and open to the exterior(Figs.8,12,13).
