ULTRASTRUCTURE OF TEGUMENTAL SURFACE OF COTYLOPHORON FULL EBORNI AND ELONGATUS FISCHO ED ERIUS

摘  要:本文为小殖盘吸虫和长菲策吸虫体被的两种电镜观察。两虫前端的口吸盘和生殖吸盘或腹袋孔间有大量无纤毛圆锥型乳突。小殖盘吸虫和长菲策吸虫体表无棘,皮层较厚,分别为13.33~19.33和16.05~19.33μm。皮层含近百列分泌小体,但无线粒体。长菲策吸虫腹袋皮层薄,为2.71~3.21μm。文中对同盘吸虫皮层超微结构特点和反刍兽瘤胃内环境进行了讨论。During 1985-1988,numerous adult worms of Cotylophoron fulleborni and Fischo ederius elongatus were collected from the rumen of two natural infected sheeps in Shanghai. The present report is concerned with the tegumental ultrastructure of ten specimen of C.fulleborni(Figs.1~7)and six specimens of F.elongatus(Figs.8~16)by scanning electron microscopy(Figs.1~4;8~11)and transmission electron microscopy(Figs.5~7 12~16). Numerous dome to conical non-ciliated papillae around the oral sucker and genital sucker on the ventral side of C.fulleborni(Figs.1~3),and between the oral sucker and ventral pouch or ventral sucker of F.elongatus(Figs.9~11). The tegument,which is particularly thick in C.fulleborni(Fig.5)and F.elongatus (Fig.12) is 13.33~19.33μm and 16.05~19.33μm in width respectively.The tegument oof the flukes varies in thickness.Six species of flukes are thick(15~22μm),while ther ones are thin(usually 3~7μm)(T.able.1). Only one type of secretory body and one type of tegumcntal cell are prcsent in the tegument and subtegument(Fig.5~7;12,13,15)of two Amphistomes.The tegu- ment is almost entirely with about hundred rows of dense secretory body,but lacks mitochondrion. The tegument of the ventral pouch on F elongatus is 2.71~3.21 μm wide,with about ten rows of dense secretory body(Fig.14,16). The character of tegumental ultrastructure on Amphistomes and in the remen environment of tha ruminants are discussed.
