摘　　要：东方次睾吸虫体被两种电镜观察:口吸盘有纤毛圆丘型乳突。背面和腹面前3/5体表有鱼鳞状簇生棘,前端密集,后端稀疏;皮层薄,突起小,无分泌腔、管、孔,皮层下有皮层细胞。腹面后2/5体表无棘,皮层厚,突起大,有分泌腔、管、孔,皮层下有分泌细胞。The present paper deals with the results of EM studies of Metorchis orientalis, which were obtained from natural infected ducks in Chuanshe County,Shanghai. Six～seven domed type papillae are distributed on the lips of oral sucker(Figs.2, 18). In the five～six parts on the ventral side(specimen D,E;Figs.2～5)and in the hree～five parts on the dorsal side(specimen A,B;Figs.7～11)of the body surface, tscale-like clusterd spines are usually dense on anterior end,sparese on posterior end.In the posterior 2/5 on the ventral side the tegumental surface is usually reticulate spongelike structure,without spine(Figs,l,6;Table,1)by SEM. Fine structures of the tegument,on the dorsal side of the posterior 2/5,The ptegument is thin and a small process.The secretory cavities,secretory tubules and secretory openings are not found in tegument(Figs.12～14).The tegumental cells are aresent within the subtegument.But on the ventral side,the tegument is thick and large process.Those secretory structures are found in tegument.Many secretory cells are present in the subtegument(Fig.15,16).
