摘　　要：本文应用透射电镜对东方次睾吸虫的消化和排泄系统作了全面观察。结果表明,消化道的口、咽和食道由不同厚度和折皱的皮层覆盖。首次报告食道和主肠接合点。主肠上皮为单层柱状,肠支为合胞体。肠的细胞体向肠腔明显凸出,并具板层结构以增加表面积。食物为液体和漂浮于其中的细胞碎屑以及其他小型固体物质。肠上皮不断向腔内分泌消化酶,食物主要在肠腔内消化吸收,少数则由板层包裹后在细胞内消化,液体食物也可直接渗入细胞内消化。排泄系统末端器官焰细胞具有特多的纤毛和小毛,每个焰细胞纤毛数量达169-314根。排泄管和排泄囊微绒毛浓密,管腔中有脂滴和许多钙质颗粒。这些都说明东方次睾吸虫排泄作用相当活跃。Whole observation of the digestive system and excretory system of Metorchus orientalis is presented by TEM. The inner surface of the mouth,the pharynx and the oesophagus is covered with several fold of a tegumental layer(Figs,1～3).The tegumental layer vary from 1.2 to 2.1μm in thickness. The fine structure of the esophageal-caecal junction is first discovered(Figs. 4～5). Thc epithelium lining the main caeca consists of a single layer of columnar cells(Fig.6),whereas the lateral one is syncytium(Fig.6).The body of the epi- thelium projects into the lumen of the caeca The lamella increase the area of the surface.The food in the gut are the fluid,suspensible cellular fragment and the small solid materials(Figs.4,7,9,10).The epithelia of gut uninterrupted to secrete the secretory particles(digestive enzyme)into the lumen(Figs.6,7,9～12). The gut is considered to be predominantly digestive and absorption in function.The lamella enclose a few food by intracellular digestion.(Fig.14).The fluid may direct infiltrate to the epithelial cell in digestion. The excretory system is well developed and has the flame cells,the excretory tubes,and the excretory bladder.The terminal organs of the excretory system were composed of a flame cell and the first cell of a tubule.The number of flagella was 169～314,shown.in the cross section of the chamber(Figs.15-19),and dense lamella were seen in the excretory tubes and the excretory bladder(Figs.20-23).The excretory function of Metorchus orientalis is regarded as Very active.Inthe excretory tubes and excretory bladder,lipids and numerous ealcarous particles were excreted into the lumen(Figs.1.19,20,22,23).
