摘　　要：本文在分析砂塑复合材料的压制成型工艺性能及工艺要求的基础上,总括了压制这种材料的模具设计要点.并以300×1200带肋建筑模板模具设计为例,说明这些设计要点的应用与实践.Based on the analysis of processing properties and technological requirements of sand-plastics composite materials in die-press forming,this article summarizes the main design points of dies to press these materials.In the end an example of die,which is used to press 300x600 architectural formwork1s with ribs,is given in order to illustrate the application and practice of these main design points.
