湿润烧伤膏临床治疗烧伤104例报告

摘　　要：我科自1988年开始应用徐荣祥教授研制的烧伤湿润暴露疗法,先后治疗住院病人104例,临床实践效果良好,报告如下:临床资料从1988年5月至1989年1月用湿润暴露疗法收治深浅Ⅱ烧伤病人共104例,其中男性72例,女性32例,最大年龄73岁,最小年龄6个月。烧伤面积10％以下69例,11～25％29例。30～50％6例。浅Ⅱ39例,深Ⅱ65例。受伤至入院时间:伤后1～5小时内入院84例。6～10小时内入院5例,12小时以上入院15例。Hum May, 1 988 to January, 1 989, our hospi-tal admitted 104 burn patients, all of wnom were treated witn tne Moist Burn Ointment 69 pa-tients had less tnan 10 per cent of total body sur-face area (TBSA) burned ; 29 Patients 11-25 per cent of TBSA ; 6 patients 30-50 per cent . The therapeutic result : All were cured . The average healing time : 12 days for a superficial second degree burn ; 1 8 days-for a deep second degree burn . The good result of the treatment proves the medical theory put forth by prof . Xu Rong Xiang to be scientific, superior and practical The ointment, smeared on a born Wou keeps the wound moist, invigorates c icuimioi blood by dissolving stasis and promores the res ration of the stasis region . The therapy can con trol infection, and stop pain quickly it does need the involvement oi the scab inclslon and skin grafting . The wound treated with the tnerapy generally heals without scarring The clinlcar practices deepen our understanding ot the theray . Its curative effect is much superior to che dry and scabbing therapy we used to employ in treating burns.
