摘 要:本文提出了一个竖式圆锥型雾化室,内容积为52ml,在 ICP—AES 分析中能降低记忆效应。同心玻璃喷雾器安置在雾化室底部,与水平呈10°角,喷口前方有一个玻璃碰撞球。吸喷浓度为1000μg/mlMn 标准溶液后,吸喷去离子水。并测定 Mn 线强度的减小。当浓度减小到0.1μg/ml时需40~50秒,但对 Scott 型则需要2~2.5分钟,对不同元素的线背比和检出极限比较表明,竖式圆锥型雾化室比 Scott 型好(La 除外)。A vertical cone-type spray chamber with a capacity of ca.52ml wasconstructed to reduce the memory effect in ICP-AES.A concentric glassnebulizer was placed at an angle of 10°to the horizontal near the bottom ofthe chamber along with a glass-bead spailer.The decrease of the intensityof a manganese line for the 1000μg/ml Mn solution was measured after thesample was changed to deionized water:It took 40 to 50s to reduce theintensity to that equivalent to 0.1μg/ml,while 2~2.5min was necessary witha Scott-type spray chamber.Signal-to-background ratios and detection limitsfor various elements with the present spray chamber were comparable orsuperior to those for the Scott type except for lanthanum.
