摘　　要：作者应用不同抗原含量的提纯乙型脑炎疫苗,在8～10岁小学儿童中进行了反应观察。第1针接种后未发现明显的局部反应,全身反应以接种5μg 疫苗者最低,但均较常规苗为高。第2针接种后,局部及全身反应与常规疫苗没有显著差异。作者结合免疫效果观察结果认为,接种5μg 提纯苗反应轻微并能产生高滴度抗体,可进一步扩大使用。Side reaction was observed after vaccination with different doses of the purifi- ed Japanese encephalitis(JE)vaccine among school children of 8 to 10 years of age.No si- gnificant local reaction was found after the first injection.For the systemic reaction, the 5 μg vaccination group was the lowest but was higher than that of the conventi- onal vaccine.No significant,difference was found in both local and systemic reaction induced by purified and conventional JE vaccines following the second injection.The results of this observation suggested that the side reaction induced by 5 μg vaccin- ation was moderate and safe and might be recommended for expanded immunisation.
