摘　　要：提纯流行性乙型脑炎疫苗(下简称提纯乙脑疫苗)效价稳定,可维持3年以上。该疫苗接种儿童后的体温反应随着疫苗抗原量的减少而有规律地相应下降。提纯苗不同抗原量接种儿童后,血清中和抗体阳转率均达100%,几何平均值为302～382。The potency of the purified Japanese encephalitis vaccine is stable and can be maintained for more than 3 years.The children's body temperature reaction dr- opped regularly along with reduction of amount of antigen after injecting with the va- ccine.The sero-conversion rates of neutralized antibody were all 100% and GMT was 302～382 in the children inoculated the vaccine with different amount of antigen. The 5 μg antigen of the vaccine can adequately stimulate the children to achieve satis- factory immune response.It is considerable that the vaccine can be widely used forim- munization against Japanese encephalitis.
