摘  要:本文研究了羊草和冠毛鹅观草的核型和 Giemsa C—带、胰酶—Giemsa G—带,为这些牧草的遗传育种研究提供了基础资料.羊草核型为 K(2n)=4X=28=22m(4STA)+6Sm,第4对染色体长臂和第5对染色体短臂上带有随体;C—带带型为2n=28=10T+6CT+4T^+I+2TI^++2T^+N_++2T^+N^++2T_+,有些同源染色体的带型表现杂合性;染色体形态和 C—带带型都表现成对相似。由此推论羊草是异源四倍体.冠毛鹅观草核型 K(2n)=4X=28=24m(4STA)+4Sm,第5、9对染色体短臂上带有随体.羊草和冠毛鹅观草的胰酶—Giemsa G—带很丰富,分布于整个染色体上,明显不同于 C—带.本文最后对羊草的核型构成,起源进化以及植物染色体 G—带进行了初步讨论.The karyotypes,C-banding and trypsin-Giemsa G-bendings of Leyrnus chinensis and Roegneria pndulina were studied in this paper.The karyotype of L.chinensis can be ex- pressed as K(2n)=4x-28=22m(4STA)+6sm.There were satellites on the long arms of chromosome 4 along with the short arms of chromosome 5.The C-banding pattern can be expressed as 2m=28=10T+6CT+4T^+I+2TI^+N_+±2T^+N^++2T_+.The banding patterns of some homologues showed heterozygosity herewith.Chromosome pairs were similar in chromosome form and its C-band,so it is indicated that L.chinensis is a allotetraploid. The karyotype of R.pendulina can be expressed as K(2n)=28=24(4STA)+4sm,there were satellites on the short arms of chromosome 5 and chromosome 9.L.chinensis and R. pendulina were very rich in G-band.They spread in the whole chromosome,all of which were different from those of C-band.The paper also discussed the constitution of karyotype,origin and evolution of L.chinensis and G-bending.
