摘 要:本文通过对东方铃蟾与中华大蟾蜍乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶凝胶电泳的比较研究,分析出东方铃蟾与中华大蟾蜍的LDH同工酶表达除具有组织特异性外,还各有特点。东方铃蟾与中华大蟾蜍心脏LDH同工酶表达均以LDH-1为主;骨骼肌及肝脏LDH同工酶表达均以LDH—5为主。在脑中,东方铃蟾LDH-1与LDH—5的比值接近1;中华大蟾蜍则以LDH-1为主。并且各组织LDH同工酶的表达方式与其代谢水平相适应。This paper reports the comparative studies on lactate Dchydrogcnase (LDH) isozymes between Bombina oricntalis and Bufo gargarizans. This investigation clearly demonstrates the tissues specificity of LDH isozyme patterns in Bombina oricntalis and Bufo gargarizans. moreover, there arc some differents of isozyme patterns of LDH between in Bombina orientalis and in Bufo gargarizans. LDH-1 predominates in heart of Bombina oricntalis and Bufo gargarizans. LDH-5 is the most abundant in skeletal muscle and liver of Bombina oricntalis and Bufo gargarizans. LDH-1 activity is almost equal to the LDH-5 in brain of Bombina oricntalis. yet LDH-5 is abundant in brain of Bufo gargarizans.The relative abundance of the different LDH isozymes correponds with the metabolic requirements of the tissue.
