摘　　要：本文提出了常态奇异系统的概念,并分别在频域、时域上,给出了一些奇异系统是常态的充分必要条件。本文结果表明了输出反馈控制在消除奇异系统脉冲模方面所起的作用。In this paper, the Concept of proper Singular systems is introduced, and both in frequency domain and in time domain, Some suff- iciently necessary Conditions that singular systems are proper is presented. The results of this Paper show the effect of output-feedback control on imp- ulsive modes elimination for Singular systems.
