摘　　要：于成龙为宦数十年,位至两江总督。他为政清廉,兴利除害,深受康熙帝赞许,被其誉为「天下第一清官」。“崇尚清节。As an official for several decades in Emperor Kangxi's reign,Yu Chenglong,the gover- nor-general of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,had been honest and upright in perform- ing his duties.In his term of office he could promote what was beneficial and abolish what was harmful.For this reason,he won the Emperor's approval and was acclaimed by the Emperor as the“first honest official under heaven.”
