摘　　要：本发明提供了一种新颖而实用的柯勒(Koler)照明光学系统,可根据显微镜变倍时的需要,只须将照明系统中的“无焦系统”绕某一固定点反转180°即可满足使用要求。A new practical Koler illuminating optical system is provided in this invention, the property of which is that the system can meet all of application requirements only with an afocal systerato be made reversing 180°about a fixed point according to any focal variation requirement of the microscope.
