摘　　要：近年来,随着我国征地规模的不断扩大,农村集体土地将大量被征用,征地问题已成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。In recent years,with the scale of land acquisition is increased,more and more farmers＇ land has been expropriated by local government,the problem of land acquisition has become the major factor influencing social stability.
