摘　　要：以二甲胺与环氧氯丙烷合成了无醛固色剂LDE,通过正交实验得出了固色剂的最佳合成条件:二甲胺60 g、环氧氯丙烷40 g、30℃反应,滴加3 h.并考察了固色整理的最佳条件:固色剂25 g/L、固色液pH=6、160℃焙烘3 min.在该条件下将LDE用于染色后的棉织物固色整理,得出固色后织物的湿摩擦牢度为4级、未检测出甲醛、手感无变化.Formaldehyde-free fixing agent LDE was prepared by using dimethylamine and epichloroydrin as materials.The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment： 60 g of dimethylamine,40 g of epichloroydrin,reacted at 30 ℃,dropped for 3 h.The optimal fixation technology was： 25 g/L of fixing agent,the pH value of fixing solution was 6,cured at 160 ℃ for 3 min.LDE was used in fixation of reactive dyed cotton fabrics.The wet rubbing fastness of fixed fabric was level 4,formaldehyde was not detected,and the handle had no change.
