针对我国变态反应性皮肤病过敏原检测方法的回顾分析

摘　　要：目的分析近10年来国内334篇变态反应性皮肤病过敏原检测方法文献,评价其合理性和特异性诊断的规范化。方法回顾近10年来国内核心期刊发表的关于变态反应性皮肤病过敏原检测文献,归纳总结并根据各种变应原检测方法的原理和疾病的发病机制分析其合理性。结果 334篇文献中,变态反应性皮肤病过敏原检测方法合理的文献报道构成比约为38%,不合理的为62%。结论国内部分皮肤科医生对变态反应性皮肤病过敏原检测方法的适应症掌握不准确,采取不合理、不必要、不科学的检测方法。Objective To analyze the rationality and standardization of specific diagnosis of 334 papers using allergen test methods to detect allergen of allergic dermatosis in the recent ten years in China. Methods We reviewed the papers related to allergen test of allergic dermatosis which published in authoritative dermatology magazines in the recent 10 years in China,analyzed and judged the rationality of the methods which the authors used based on the principle of allergen test methods and the pathogenesis of allergic dermatosis. Results In 334 papers,the rational allergen test methods in detecting allergic dermatosis accounted for 38% and the irrational allergen test methods published by the authors for 62% according to our criteria. Conclusions Some dermatologists seem to not fully master if allergen test is needed,and which detection methods should be used for allergic dermatosis.
