摘　　要：目的探讨小儿支气管异物取出术的术中护理及抢救配合。方法对2009年1月-2011年8月在湖南省儿童医院行呼吸道异物取出术的1 479例患儿的手术中护理及抢救配合进行总结和回顾。结果除1例患儿在术中发生气胸外,其他患儿均顺利取出异物,完成手术。结论对于小儿呼吸道异物取出术的术中配合必须做到沉着、冷静、技术熟练、与麻醉医师和手术医师配合默契,各种仪器、设备处于应急状态,性能良好。Objective To explore the perioperative care and rescued coordination of bronchial foreign body removal surgery in children. Methods We reviewed and summarized the perioperative care and rescued coordination of 1,479 children with bronchial foreign body removal surgery who were hospitalized in the Children＇s Hospital of Hunan Province from January 2009 to August 2011. Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed in all children except 1 child occurring pneumothorax in the perioperative period. Conclusions As for bronchial foreign body removal surgery in children, the intraoperative cooperation must be cool,calm,and skilled;the nurse should coordinate smoothly with anesthesiologist and surgeon;and the medical instruments and equipments must be used in emergency state and with good performance.
