摘　　要：骨质疏松症和低骨量是一种常见的慢性非传染病,需要卫生健康促进和社区干预。面向社区内骨质疏松高危人群,我们与基层社区卫生服务中心合作,分析业务管理流程,对面向的数据源进行多维度分析、选用雪花模型,将数据仓库的基本原理和方法与骨质疏松社区干预相结合,采用基于WEB的远程管理,建立完善的社区服务网站为互动管理提供良好的平台,构建了完善和高效率的数据仓库。Osteoporosis and low bone mass are common chronic non-infectious diseases,which need health promotion and community intervention.We cooperate with rural community health service center,analyze service management flow and the related data,and build interactive management model（IMM） which oriented to highrisk osteoporosis population in communities.Our system combines basic principles and methods of data warehouse technology with community health service.The data warehouse chooses MySQL4.5 relational database,B/S model and hypertext preprocessor as development tools.We build a data warehouse snowflake model,complete the on-line analysis processing and make preparation for the work in next stage.
