气化炉煤粉输送系统的控制策略

摘　　要：结合整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)机组气化炉煤粉输送系统的工艺特点,介绍了煤粉输送系统的控制策略。在顺序控制程序下实现了煤粉储罐向放料罐,放料罐向给料罐输送物料过程的自动控制,并且在复杂、简单和联锁控制逻辑的控制下保证了气化炉煤粉输送系统的连续稳定运行。Combined with technological features of pulverized coal conveying system for gasification furnace of integrated gasification combined cycle（IGCC） unit,the control strategy of pulverized coal converying system has been presented.Under control of the sequence control programme,the automatic control of material conveying process from storage tank to discharge tank,and from discharge tank to feeding tank of pulverized coal has been realized,and under control of complex,simple,and interlock control logics,continious and stable operation of the pulverized coal conveying system for gasification furnace being ensured.
