循环水系统排污水用于烟气脱硫系统工艺水研究

摘　　要：为提高水资源利用效率,北京某热电机组欲以处理后的城市中水作为循环水系统补水,以循环水系统排污水作为烟气脱硫(FGD)工艺水。对此,进行的试验结果表明:以该厂循环水系统排污水作为FGD工艺水后脱硫系统运行稳定,吸收塔除雾器无结垢,浆液无起泡现象,SO2平均去除率为97.27%,脱硫副产品石膏的有效成分平均大于95%,含水率平均小于10%。In order to enhance the utilization efficiency of water resource,one thermal power plant in Beijing tries to use the reclaimed mid-water in the city as make-up water of the circulating water system,and tries to use the sewage water from the circulating water system as the process water in flue gas desulphurization（FGD） system.The test results for this show that the scaling phenomenon hasn＇t occurred in the demister,and the bubbling phenomenon hasn＇t appeared in slurry of the absorption tower,the average removal rate of SO2 is 97.27%,the average effective composition of gypsum in by-product of FGD being greater than 95%,the average water content in gypsum being less than 9%.
