摘  要:对某电厂1台机组抗燃油系统滤网表面出现的凝胶进行了元素、红外分析,发现凝胶并非金属盐类,其成分与抗燃油成分相同,对该机组抗燃油进行了油质分析、再生处理等一系列试验。结果表明:该机组所用抗燃油酸值和电阻率均不满足运行油标准要求,已经严重劣化变质,滤网表面的凝胶为油质劣化后形成。采用KZTZ-2抗燃油在线再生脱水装置对该油进行再生后,彻底去除了油中的凝胶,油的主要指标恢复至新油水平。The elements of gel appeared on surface of the filtering screen in fire-resistant oil system of unit no.4 in one power plant have been analysed,the infrared analysis shows that the gel isn't non-metallic salt,the composition of gel is the same of that in the fire-resistant oil.A series of test,such as oil quality analysis and regeneration treatment etc.,has been carried out for fire-resistant oil used to the said unit.Results show that the fire-resistant oil used to said unit has seriously detereorated,the gel appeared on surface of the filtering screen is formed after deterioration of the oil quality.After regeneration of said oil by using KZTZ-2 type on-line regenerating and dewatering facility for the deteriorated fire-resistant oil,the gel in said oil has been completely removed,the main indices of said oil has restored to the level of new oil.
