摘  要:某电厂超超临界1 000MW机组锅炉屏式过热器同一根管连续发生2次爆管事故,经对爆管宏观检查,化学成分分析,拉伸、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析等,表明爆管的主要原因是管内有异物堵塞,造成管子通流面积减少使蒸汽对管子的冷却作用降低,局部处于超温状态,高温蠕变强度降低所致。On a same pipe of the platen superheater in boiler of ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit in one power plant,two times of tube-burst have successively occurred.Through macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,tensile test,metallographic examination,scanning electronic microscopic and energy spectrum analysis etc.,it shows that the main cause leading to tube-burst is the blockage of foreign maters in the said tube,resulting in reduction of flow passage area in the tube,making the cooling effect of steam onto the tubes to be reduced,and a part of them was in an overtemperature condition,thereby,the high-temperature creep strength being reduced.
