四种口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效分析比较

摘　　要：目的探讨临床常用的四种口腔矫治器对于OSAS的治疗的疗效差别。方法 36例轻、中度OSAS患者根据就诊顺序随机分入4组,分别应用临床常用的4种口腔矫治器进行治疗,将治疗前后的多导睡眠监测结果进行相关分析,并结合患者主诉进行疗效评价,来比较4种口腔矫治器治疗的疗效有无差异。结果 36例OSAS患者应用4种口腔矫治器后均有效,各组有效率无统计学意义。结论 4种口腔矫治器治疗轻中度OSAS患者均有效。Objective Comparing the clinical effects of four frequently-used dental appliances applied to OSAS patients.Methods Dividing 36 OSAS patients of different degree into four groups;applying four frequently-used dental appliances to treating them randomly;analyzing the results of polysomnography before and after the treating;and comment on the curative effects according to the patients＇ chief complaint,comparing the differences of four dental appliances treating OSAS.Results 36 OSAS patients all get well after the treating;there are no obvious differences among the four dental appliances treating OSAS.Conclusion Four dental appliances treating OSAS patients of different degree are all effective.
