摘　　要：目的观察黛力新治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭合并抑郁障碍患者的疗效。方法将符合标准的70例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭合并抑郁障碍的患者分为黛力新治疗组及对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黛力新,治疗2周后再检测相关指标,同时观察治疗前后患者心功能改善情况和抑郁症状改善情况。结果 35例治疗组患者心功能改善及汉米尔顿抑郁量表评分改善明显优于对照组。结论黛力新使患者的抑郁症状很快得到改善,并提高了心力衰竭的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of deanxit in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure combined with depressive disorders.Methods The 70 cases elderly patients of chronic congestive heart failure combined with depression were divided into deanxit treatment group and the control group.Deanxit plus basis of conventional therapy were administrated to the patients of deanxit treatment group.relevant indicators,and cardiac function,and depressive symptoms were detected after 2 weeks.Results 35 cases of the treatment group of cardiac function and Hamilton severe depression scale score were better than the control group.Conclusion Deanxit could quickly improve the patient＇s depressive symptoms and heart failure.
