摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石的手术护理配合要点。方法回顾性分析326例行超声气压弹道碎石术患者的手术护理过程,从术前准备、术中配合进行护理经验的归纳总结。结果 326例患者均成功、顺利地完成了手术,无1例因配合不当出现意外。结论物品准备齐全,仪器、器械功能完好,熟练的手术配合是保证手术顺利完成的关键。Objective To explore surgical operation experience of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter.Methods By analyzing 326 patients who were undergoing ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter in our operation room,we summarized the whole process of operative cooperation and introduced the coordinative way of instrument and circuit nurse pre,during and post operation minutely.Results All operations achieved good affects and the operative cooperation was successful.Conclusion It was important of the progress ach ieved successfully effect that the preoperative preparation was abundant and the intraoperative cooperation was skilled.
