摘　　要：糖尿病是一种常见的慢性疾病,糖尿病患者很容易产生舒张性心功能不全,其发生与糖尿病患者血糖、血脂代谢紊乱和/或高胰岛素血症有关,分子生物学机制的阐明有助于此类患者的预防和治疗。Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic disease that usually induces cardiac diastolic dysfunction.Metabolic disorders of glucose,lipid and/or hyperinsulinemia are the most important contributing factors,so the clarification of the underlying molecular mechanisms is of importance for prevention and treatment of such patients.This article aimed to review the molecular and cellular mechanisms of diabetes-induced cardiac diastolic dysfunction.
