白芍总苷胶囊治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白芍总苷胶囊联合西替利嗪片和维生素E乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将入选的50例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组20例,治疗组与对照组均先采用激素递减治疗,然后治疗组采用白芍总苷胶囊联合西替利嗪片和维生素E乳膏治疗,对照组采用西替利嗪片和维生素E乳膏治疗,治疗4周和8周后观察疗效与不良反应。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为76.67%和45.00%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗8周后,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.67%和70.00%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效也优于对照组。治疗组4周总有效率与8周比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照组4周总有效率与8周比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:白芍总苷胶囊联合西替利嗪片和维生素E乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效良好,不良反应轻微。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of total glucosides of paeony capsules combined with Cetirizine tablets and Vit E cream in treating patients with facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis. Methods： Fifty patients with facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=30） and the control group （n=20）. The two groups were given hormone de-escalation therapy firstly, and then treated with Cetirizine tablets and Vitamin E cream. The treatment group received total glucosides of paeony capsules additionally. The therapeutic effect and adverse effect were observed after treatment for four and eight weeks. Results. After treatment for four and eight weeks, the total effective rate was 76.67% and 96.67% in the treatment group, and was 45.00% and 70.00% in the control group, respectively, the differences being significant （P 〈 0.05）.The four-week and eight-week therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Signifcant difference was found in four-week and eight-week effective rate of the treatment group （P 〈 0.05）, while insignificant difference was found in the control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion. Total glucosides of paeony capsules combined with Cetirizine tablets and Vitamin E cream has certain effect for facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis, and is with slight the adverse effect.
