摘  要:采用有限元焊接仿真分析软件(SYSWELD)对某型号的转向架副构架焊接接头进行了仿真变形分析,并采用X射线衍射法(XRD)对该型号焊接态副构架振动处理前后焊接接头进行焊接残余应力无损测量,对焊接工艺和振动消除应力措施进行了验证,为转向架副构架接头焊缝质量安全性评估提供了依据。研究结果表明,有限元变形仿真结果和XRD应力测试结果基本匹配,通过制定合理的焊接工艺,采用机械振动法能够降低焊接残余应力,基本能够满足产品的安全性需求。In this paper the special welding stimulation analysis software(SYSWELD) has been used to analyze the welding joint an vice bogie frame.The X-ray diffraction method (XRD) has been applied into the measurement of residual stress produced on the vice bogie frame before and after vibration.The welding teehnologies and the vibrational stress relief methods have been verificated by XRD,which lay a foundation for the security reliability of the welding joint on vice bogie frame.The research shows that the results of finite element and XRD are in good accordance with each other.By formulating reasonable welding technologies and implementing vibration ,residual stresses produced on vice bogie frame can be reduced in terms of security reliability.
