摘　　要：文章通过对城乡医院存在的差距进行了研究和归纳,对城市医院支援乡镇医院的现状及制约因素进行了分析。提出发挥城市医院的积极作用,从医院管理、医疗技术、经费投入、人员培训上支援乡镇医院,促进乡镇医院的发展思路,缓解农村居民看病难、看病贵的问题。The article studies and concludes the difference between city hospitals and township hospitals. It analyzes the status quo and restraining factors that city hospitals support township hospitals. It puts forward that expresses city hospitals＇ active function from hospital management, medical technique, funds input, personnel training which to support township hospitals. To promote township hospitals＇ development and remit the problem of difficult and high cost to access medical service.
