摘　　要：分析国际新能源汽车的发展环境、特点、战略和政策,总结其未来发展趋势。各国政府都制定和实施了系统的激励性政策,为新能源汽车产业的发展提供了宽松的环境。Through the analysis of the development environment,characteristic,strategy and industrial policy of international new energy vehicles,we summarize its future development trend.Each government has formulated and implemented systematic policies for new energy,which provides comfortable environment to encourage the development of new energy vehicle industry.
