摘  要:目的了解我省土源性线虫病的流行状况及影响因素。方法根据《全国土源性线虫病监测方案操作手册》的要求,对全省的3个监测点实施监测和调查。结果全省土源性线虫感染率为4.0%。钩虫是我省主要流行的土源性线虫,其感染人数占总感染人数的95.1%。男性感染率高于女性。除40-50岁年龄组外,其余各年龄组呈现感染率随年龄增加而升高的趋势。土源性线虫以轻度感染为主,农民和从事家务活动者是感染的高危人群。土壤蛔虫卵检出率为333%.其中受精活蛔虫卵占50%。结论我省土源性线虫感染率较往年有大幅度下降.Objective To understand the transmitted nematode diseases in Anhui Province. epidemiological characteristics and influence factors of Soil Methods AAccording to the handbook of "Implemental project of nationwide monitor of Soil transmitted nematode diseases", three Monitoring Points were investi- gated. Results The infection rate of Soil transmitted nematode diseases in Anhui was 4.0% and showed an upward trend to increase with age except the age group 40-50 in 2009. Male" s infection rate was higher than female" s. Ancylostomiasis was the major Soil transmitted nematode diseases, its constituent ratio as high as 95.1%. The infectiosity of infected people was concentrated in mild infection group. Farmers and house workers were the susceptible population. The rate of ascarid eggs of the soil sample was 33.3% and half of it was alive. Conclusion The infection rate of Soil transmitted nematode diseases in Anhui Province show an significant decline.
