中西医结合治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱52例

摘　　要：[目的]探讨维生素B12联合针灸、中医辨证治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱的疗效。[方法]将52例糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者随机分为两组。对照组26例,予以维生素B120.5mg肌肉注射,隔日1次;治疗组26例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用针灸及中药治疗。4周后观察两组疗效。[结果]两组治疗后尿急、尿频、小便淋沥不尽及排尿困难症状较治疗前均有明显改善,膀胱残余尿量较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗组较对照组改善明显,其有显著性差异。[结论]维生素B12肌肉注射基础上加用针刺及中药治疗糖尿病神经原性膀胱有效,能改善糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者的生活质量。[Objective] To observe the effect of vitamin B12 united by acupuncture and medicinal intake in treating diabetic neurogenic bladder（DNB）.[Methods] 52 patients with DNB were randomly divided into two groups in terms of control group（26 cases） and treating group（26 cases）.Patients in control group were treated by intramuscular injection of vitamin B12 once every two days,with 0.5 mg each time.Patients in treating group were treated by acupuncture and medicinal intake,except for intramuscular injection of vitamin B12.Treatment in both groups lasted for four weeks.[Results] Patients＇ symptoms as frequent,urgent and incomplete urination,and difficulty in urination were greatly released in both groups after the treatment,and residual urine volume was improved as well.Moreover,the curative effect in treating group was significantly better that the control group.[Conclusion]Intramuscular injection of vitamin B12 united by acupuncture and medicinal intake can promote the curative effect on patients with DNB so as to improve patients＇ quality of lives.
