摘 要:本文主要综述近3年三七总皂苷(PNS)对心脑血管系统作用的药理研究进展。研究证明,PNS可降脂、抗动脉粥样硬化及血栓形成、防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤等;并改善脑微循环及保护脑神经细胞。指出目前的研究局限于动物离体器官和整体水平的实验研究,尚未深入到细胞和分子水平,临床试验也未进行多中心、大样本、双盲双模拟的试验,缺乏循证医学的支持,今后应进一步从细胞、分子或基因水平来揭示其药理作用机制,同时也应改进提取工艺,为三七的进一步开发利用提供理论与实验依据。Research progress on the cardio-cerebrovascular pharmacology of panax notoginsenoside(PNS) in recent 3 years were reviewed.Studies have proven that PNS can lower blood fat,antiartherosclerosis,anti-thromb and prevent and cure of myocardial ischemia,as well as improve the brain microcirculation and protect the cerebral neurocytes.It is pointed out that the present researches,which do not develop into cellular and molecular levels,confine to the isolated organs from animals and the whole level of the experimental studies.And the methods of multi-center,large-sample,double-blind,double-simulation are not adopted in the clinical trials.There is also an absence of support from evidence based medicine.The pharmacological mechanism of PNS should be further revealed in cellular,molecular level or the level of gene expression,and the extraction technology of PNS should also be improved in the future,which is benefit for providing theoretical and experimental base for further exploitation and utilization of panax notoginseng.
