摘 要:目的研究柴胡水提液对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法用甲基橙胃内残留率法观察柴胡对正常小鼠及阿托品所致的胃排空抑制模型胃排空的影响;用炭末推进率法观察柴胡对正常小鼠及阿托品所致肠蠕动抑制小鼠肠蠕动的影响。结果柴胡水提液对正常小鼠胃排空有抑制作用,对阿托品所致胃排空的抑制有促进作用。柴胡水提液对正常小鼠的肠蠕动有一定的抑制作用,高剂量组作用效果显著;柴胡水提液对阿托品所致的小鼠小肠抑制状态有促进其蠕动的作用,其中中、低剂量的效果显著(P<0.05),且呈一定的剂量依赖性。结论柴胡对小鼠胃肠运动有调节作用,作用效果于机体状态及药物剂量有关。Objective To observe the effect of Bupleurum on gastrointestinal movement of mice.Methods The percentage of gastric emptying was computed by optical density of methyl orange and the percentage of intestinal charcoal power remove ment was measured to evaluate the effect of Bupleurum on gastrointestinal movement in mice of normal group and atropine group.Results Bupleurum could decrease the normal gastric emptying rate,and increase the slower gastric emptying rate induced by atropine.Bupleurum could inhibit the peristalsis in normal mice,the effect of high dose group is significant.It could promote gastrointestinal movement in mice of atropine caused intestinal suppression.The effect of the middle and the low-dose group were significant(P0.05).The effect was dose-dependent.Conclusion Bupleurum has the regulatory effects on gastrointestinal movement in mice.The effect is related with the body statement and medical dose.
