某院门诊药房开展药品咨询情况与案例分析

摘　　要：目的开展门诊患者用药咨询服务工作,促进患者合理用药。方法药师与患者面对面交流,宣传用药资讯,开展合理用药教育,介绍用药知识,并对典型病例用药问题进行分析。结果 2009～2010年本院门诊共接受患者用药咨询1 874例次,内容主要涉及服药忌口(42.2%)、合并用药(25.4%)及服药时间(17.3%)。结论开展门诊用药咨询服务,指导患者合理用药。Objective To carry out drug counseling services,so as to promote the rational drug application in outpatients.Methods Pharmacists communicated with patients directly,and the drug information was publicized,rational drug application education was carried out,medical knowledge was introduced.The typical cases of drug problem were analyzed.Results A total of 1 874 cases of outpatient drug counseling in the hospital from 2009 to 2010 were received.The consultations were mainly related to medication taboos problem（42.2%）,combined medication（25.4%）,and medication time（17.3%）.Conclusion It can promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship to carry out drug counseling services and guide the rational drug application in outpatients.
