三七与其混伪品的生药学鉴别

摘　　要：目前三七由于气候改变、土壤污染等造成产量、质量下降,市场供求矛盾增强日益突出,市场上常出现其混伪品。三七含有皂苷、多糖、黄酮、三七素等活性物质,其中皂苷是其主要有效成分,具有抑制血栓形成,扩张外周血管,保护缺血性心肌细胞损伤,降低血压等多种药理活性,本文从性状、显微[0]结构及理化特性等方面对三七与其常见混伪品进行生药学鉴别,为其合理用药提供依据。At present,yield and quality of the radix notoginseng dropped because of climate change and soil pollution,the contradiction of market supply and demand is increasingly outstanding,the market often appears its adulterants.The radix notoginseng contains saponins,polysaccharides,amino acids and other chemical components.Saponins is the main biologically active substances,which can play both prevent and treat many diseases,especially on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems.This paper describes morphological characteristics of authenticity in panax from traits,microscopic,physical and chemical properties,etc,provides a reference for clinical medicine.
