摘　　要：目的建立消肿止痛酊中盐酸巴马汀的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法采用色谱柱:岛津VP-ODS C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相:乙腈-0.5%磷酸(20∶80),检测波长:345 nm,柱温:40℃,流速:1 ml/min。结果盐酸巴马汀在0.200 4～4.008 0μg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996,n=6),平均回收率为101.3%,RSD为0.64%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于消肿止痛酊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method to determine the content of pamlatine hydrochloride in Xiaozhong Zhitong tincture by HPLC.Methods The method of HPLC was used with a column VP-ODS C18（5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid（20∶80）The detection wavelength was set at 345 nm,the column temperature was 40 ℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results The content of Palmatine hydrochloride showed well linear relationship in the range of 0.200 4~4.008 0 μg/ml（r=0.999 6,n=6）,mean recovery rate was 101.3%,RSD was 0.64%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and rapid,with good repeatability.This study provides a method for the quality control of Xiaozhong Zhitong tincturl.
