摘　　要：目的总结住院药房药品调剂与药品管理工作的体会,以对住院药房进行规范化管理。方法探讨住院药房药品调剂工作及药品管理工作的经验及存在的问题,提出防范对策。结果药品调剂工作易出差错,应提高药师专业素质,增强责任心和使命感,改善工作质量。结论应加强住院药房药品管理工作,避免调剂差错,保证患者用药安全、有效。Objective To summarize experience of dispensing and administration in inpatient dispensary.Methods The management methods and common problems of the drug dispensing and administration were investigated,and the preventing measures were discussed.Results It could avoid the mistakes by improving professional quality and enhancing sense of responsibility of pharmacists.Conclusion We should enhance quality management in inpatient dispensary to ensure drug application safely and effectively.
