摘　　要：目的探讨药品库存ABC分类管理的采购模式,合理控制药品贮备和库存量,提高药品管理效率。方法运用药品ABC分类定期定量的方法管理库存,确定药品高低限量,利用计算机程序自动生成各类药品采购计划单。结果本法运用在医院药品库存管理上,既保证药品供应、减少库存量,又加速医院资金周转,提高管理的效率与水平。结论利用药品ABC分类定期定量的方法使药品高低限量的设定更为合理,体现了计算机对库存限额管理的优越性。Objective To analyze ABC classification of drugs inventory management procurement,so as to reasonable control drug reserve and inventory,increase efficiency of drug management.Methods The periodic quantum method of ABC classification of drugs was used to manage inventory,determine the level of limited quantity of drugs.The computer program was used to automatically generate various types of single-drug purchase list.Results The application of ABC classification in the hospital drugs inventory management could ensure the drug supply,reduce inventory,speed up the cash flow in the hospital,and improve the efficiency and level of management.Conclusion The periodic quantum method of drugs ABC classification make limits of drugs more reasonable.
