摘  要:为了提高电网供电质量,保护敏感负荷不受电压短时跌落造成的电压波动的影响,研究了工业供电电网中电压跌落的检测.概述并分析了现有几种电压跌落的检测方法及特点,比较了这几种方法各自的优缺点.提出了基于软锁相(Soft Phase-Locked-Loop,SPLL)的电压跌落检测方法.给出了基本原理和结构,并对软锁相的电压跌落检测方法进行了仿真,最后完成了基于SPLL检测方法的动态电压恢复器的补偿实验.该方法响应速度快,对电源电压的相位跳变和频率漂移有很好的跟踪效果.仿真和实验结果验证了这种方法的有效性.In order to improve the quality of power supply by electrical network and to protect the sensitive load from being affected by voltage fluctuation cansed by voltage short-time depreciation,the paper studies the detection of the voltage depreciation in the industry power supply network,describes a few detection methods and their characteristics with their strengths and weaknesses compared.Based on soft phase-locked-loop(SPLL) a voltage depreciation detection method is proposed with its basic principle and structure described.The method was simulated and the dynamic voltage restorer compensation experiment based on SPLL was conducted.The simulation and experimental results confirmed its validity.
