西比灵联合中药方散剂治疗耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨西比灵联合中药方散剂治疗耳鸣的疗效疗效。[方法]对我院2009年1月至2010年1月间48例门诊耳鸣患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例。对照组服用西比灵,1片/晚,20d为1疗程;治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药方散剂,每次1匙,2次/d,20d为1个疗程。两组用药原则均为无效停药,有效连服2个疗程。[结果]西比灵联合中药方散剂治疗耳鸣,总有效率为87.50%;西比灵组总有效率50.00%。两组疗效具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]西比灵联合中药方散剂治疗耳鸣疗效较好。[Objective] To discuss the effect of Sibelium and TCM powder on tinnitus.[Method] Randomly divide 48 cases into 2 groups,24 in each one.The control group took Sibelium;the other added with TCM powder;both for 2 courses.[Result] The treatment group had total effective rate 87.50%;while the other group 50.00%.With statistical dealing,both had statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Sibelium and TCM in combination had better cure effect on tinnitus.
