三部推拿法治疗颈性眩晕120例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察三部推拿法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。[方法]对符合颈性眩晕患者120例,按就诊顺序单、双号分为三部推拿法组和常规推拿法组,采用一指禅推法、按揉法,在手法质量控制下推拿,观察治疗前后眩晕严重程度积分、持续时间积分、临床综合症状积分和临床综合疗效四项指标比较。[结果]治疗前后组内比较,前三项两组均P<0.01;两组组间比较,分别为P<0.05、P<0.05和P<0.01;临床综合疗效比较,三部推拿法组总有效率为93.3%,常规推拿组总有效率73.3%,有显著性差异P<0.05。[结论]三部推拿治疗颈性眩晕对缓解眩晕程度、缩短眩晕持续时间、减轻临床综合症状和临床综合疗效方面优于常规推拿法。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of cervical vertigo treated by three-step Tuina manipulation. [Method]In 120 cases of cervical vertigo patients who were allocated to the three-step Tuina manipulation group and the routine Tuina group arranged by registration order. The patients were treated by manipulations of one thumb waving, pressing and kneading under Tuina quality control. Then to compare four indexes before and after treatment： the severity degree scores, the duration scores, the symptoms scores,and the comprehensive effectiveness scores. [Result]To compare the indexes in the interior-group before and after treat- ment,the first three indexes of both groups had significant difference（P〈0.01）. There was significant difference when comparing the first three indexes in the inter-group（P〈0.05 ,P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the three-step Tuina manipulation was 93.3% when comparing the comprehensive effectiveness scores while the total effective rate of the routine group was 73.3%. And there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The three-step Tuina manipulation performs better on the treatment of the cervical vertigo compared with routine Tuina method in the respects of the vertigo severity degree,the dizzy duration, the clinical symptoms and the clinical comprehensive effectiveness.
