穴位埋线治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察穴位埋线治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。[方法]将32例患者随机分为埋线治疗组和针刺对照组,每组16例,埋线治疗组在患侧翳风、风池、颈夹脊穴、双肝俞穴行埋线疗法,7天1次,4次为1个疗程,针刺对照组在上述穴位行普通针刺治疗,隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,3个疗程后进行疗效对比观察。[结果]埋线治疗组总有效率87.5%,针刺对照组总有效率56.3%,两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),且在治疗后,穴位埋线组在睡眠质量和焦虑情绪的改善上都优于普通针刺组(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位埋线治疗神经性耳鸣疗效确切,其方便、省时的特点有良好的临床价值。[Objective]To observe clinical therapeutic effect of catgut implantation at acupoints for treating nervous tinnitus.[Methods]Thirty-two cases were randomly divided into a catgut implantation at acupoints treatment group and an acupuncture control group,16 cases in each group;Do the therapeutic in yifeng（SJ17）,fengchi（GB20）,jinjiaji points in disease side,and Ganshu（BL18）in double sides of catgut implantation at acupoints treatment group.One time per seven days,four times constituting one course.Just needling the same points as treatment group for acupuncture control group.One time every other day,four times constituting one course.Observe the clinical therapeutic effect after 3 courses of treatment.[Result] The total effective rate in catgut implantation at acupoints treatment group was 87.5%,in acupoints treatment group was 56.3%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）,what＇s more,the treatment group had advantage for improvement of sleep quality and anxiety emotion（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Catgut implantation at acupoints treatment had obvious therapeutic effect on nervous tinnitus,which had better clinical value of character of convenience and saving time.
