摘  要:运用后动优势理论分析我国民营航空公司经营情况及其所具有的后动优势。研究表明我国民营航空公司在人力资源、新技术运用和适应市场需求方面具有后动优势,提出民营航空公司实现后动优势的途径,即应坚持并完善有吸引力的薪酬和人事选拔制度;顺应市场需要,实施利基市场战略;不断创新,改变竞争规则获得竞争优势。This article utilizes late-mover advantage theory to analyze the present condition of the private airlines of our country and investigate the late-mover advantage of those companies which are the late-movers of the airline transportation.The research states that private airlines of our country have the late-mover advantages in the fields of human resource,the utilization of new technologies and the meeting of market demand.The research puts forward the route of those companies to achieve the late-mover advantages,i.e.to insist on perfecting attractive remuneration and selection system,putting the Market-nicher strategy into practice to adapt to the market demand and to constantly innovate and change the competition rules to obtain competition advantage.
