摘　　要：当下的中国在经济、政治、社会、文化各方面都取得了长足的进步,赢得了全世界的尊重。然而面对着社会转型期层出不穷的社会文化现象,及各种主流与非主流文化的碰撞,大众对"究竟什么是艺术?什么是设计?"产生了不同程度的认识混乱。从事艺术与设计的工作者应该如何为民众作出正确的价值导向,是目前我们迫切需要关注的问题。China today has made great progress in economy,politics,society and culture and won the world＇s respect.However,faced with the continuous culture and social phenomenon in the social transformation period,the conflict of mainstream and non-mainstream cultures,the confusion to some degree comes into being in the public.The practitioners in art and design ought to make the correct value guidance for the public,which is currently an issue that we need pay attention to.
